Our exclusive App is *currently* only supported via the Android platform such as Android TV, Android Box, Android Phones, BlueStacks and what most our users opt for the Amazon Firestick.

Our service can be viewed on other 3rd party devices such as LG/Samsung Smart TVs, Mag/Enigma Boxses if the Android platform isn’t appropriate for you.

Our App only works on Android Version 6 and above.

Firestick 1st Generation sticks dont have the recommended processing power of the later editions and we advise against using these, only Version 2 and 3(4K) are compatible.

We recommend a minimum download and upload speed of 10Mbs and 2Mbs respectively. Ping should be under 25ms and Jitter under 20ms. These tests need to be carried out on your device which will be running Qvision app.

Unfortunately, you won’t have the ability to do this. Using a single account for multiple simultaneous connections can result in your IP address and username being blocked. With that said, you do have the ability to buy an additional connection for an extra fee. Your free to use a single subscription on many devices but only 1 at a time. 

We suggest ethernet connections for optimal performance where possible.
